Welcome to jjjt (hereinafter referred to as "jjjt", "we", "us", or "the Platform"). These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User" or "you") and jjjt governing your access to and use of all products and services available at jjjt.bid, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, arcade titles, and all related functionalities. By registering an account, depositing funds, or using any part of the jjjt platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately discontinue use of jjjt.

01 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the jjjt website accessible at jjjt.bid and any associated mobile applications or services.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by an individual upon successful completion of the jjjt registration process.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, promotional, and ancillary services offered by jjjt, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and arcade games.
• "Funds" means any Pakistani Rupee (PKR) balance held within a User's jjjt Account, whether deposited or accrued through winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted to a User's Account subject to specific wagering conditions and restrictions as outlined in Section 6.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total monetary value of qualifying bets a User must place before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process jjjt is required to conduct in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations.
• "PSL" means the Pakistan Super League, a major cricket betting market offered on jjjt.

02 Eligibility

Access to and use of jjjt's Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during the use of the Platform.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporations, partnerships, or other legal entities are not permitted to hold jjjt Accounts.
3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be located in, or be a resident of, any jurisdiction where online gaming or sports betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
5. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of jjjt, or an immediate family member of any such person.
6. You must not be self-excluded from any gambling service, including jjjt itself, at the time of accessing the Platform.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of Services on jjjt, Users must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Rule: Each individual may hold only one jjjt Account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any Funds therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jjjt login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify jjjt immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
• KYC Verification: jjjt reserves the right to request identity documents (such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality pending document submission.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting jjjt customer support. jjjt may also close or suspend your Account in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jjjt are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Methods: jjjt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Available methods may vary and are subject to change.
• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may differ by payment method.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes for verified accounts. Processing times may vary based on the selected payment method and any applicable verification requirements.
• Withdrawal Verification: All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. jjjt reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus Restrictions: Funds credited as Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met. Withdrawing real-money Funds while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Declined Transactions: jjjt is not liable for any losses arising from declined or delayed transactions caused by third-party payment processors.
• Anti-Money Laundering: jjjt complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits. jjjt reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

05 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activities conducted on jjjt. Specific game rules may supplement these general terms and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface:

• Bet Placement: Bets are only accepted if sufficient Funds are available in your Account at the time the bet is placed. jjjt does not extend credit to Users under any circumstances.
• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only confirmed and binding upon receipt of an explicit confirmation message from the jjjt platform. Bets placed during technical disruptions may be voided at jjjt's discretion.
• Odds: All odds displayed on jjjt are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the moment of confirmed acceptance.
• Voided Bets: jjjt reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been cancelled, postponed, or determined to have been subject to irregular activity, including match-fixing.
• Errors: In the event of an obvious pricing or technical error, jjjt reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether bets appear to have been settled.
• RNG & RTP: All casino and slot games on jjjt utilise independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed within each game's information panel.
• Live Betting: Bets placed on live (in-play) markets are accepted at the discretion of jjjt. Live odds fluctuate rapidly and bets may not be accepted during certain in-play phases.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

jjjt periodically offers bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Users. All such promotions are subject to the following conditions:

• Bonuses are available only to Users who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Each promotion has a defined Wagering Requirement that must be met before any associated winnings or Bonus Funds are released for withdrawal.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the time frame specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Unless otherwise stated, promotions are available to each eligible User once only. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times via duplicate accounts or other means constitutes abuse and will result in account suspension.
• jjjt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jjjt and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, termination, and where appropriate, legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or using more than one jjjt Account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game or event, including collusion with other Users or third parties.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with jjjt's Services.
• Interfering with or disrupting jjjt's technical infrastructure, servers, or security systems.
• Accessing or attempting to access another User's Account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behaviour directed at jjjt staff or other Users.
• Exploiting any technical errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.

08 Intellectual Property

All content available on jjjt, including but not limited to software, databases, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, game interfaces, and audiovisual material, is the exclusive intellectual property of jjjt or its licensed content providers. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of jjjt's intellectual property without express written consent is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jjjt and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any loss of Funds resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any technical interruptions, service downtime, or data loss caused by factors outside jjjt's reasonable control, including internet service failures, third-party payment processor outages, or force majeure events.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information or statistics displayed on the Platform.

jjjt's total aggregate liability to any User, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall in no event exceed the total Funds deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy & Data

jjjt collects, processes, and stores User data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of the jjjt Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• jjjt collects personal information necessary for account management, KYC compliance, and the provision of Services.
• Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• jjjt employs 256-bit SSL encryption and other industry-standard security measures to protect User data in transit and at rest.
• Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting jjjt support, subject to legal retention obligations.

11 Responsible Gaming

jjjt is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides the following tools, accessible directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to manage their spending.
• Session Time-Outs: Users may impose a cooling-off period during which access to gaming Services is temporarily suspended.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which jjjt holds its international gaming license. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral tribunals of that licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.

jjjt operates under international gaming license oversight and is committed to fair, transparent dispute resolution. Users may escalate unresolved disputes by contacting jjjt support in writing and will receive a formal response within fifteen (15) business days.
